Award winning jewellery designer, Lucy Quartermaine, is one of the North’s top contemporary jewellery designers. Her dynamic range of inspirational designs offer a mix of a fun modern twist and traditional craftsmanship. Lucy’s work has featured in various magazines including Vogue, Craftsman, Retail Jeweller and Gift Focus to name just a few.
Every piece is individually hand made from sterling silver into quality pieces that are practical to wear yet have a design quality that is totally original. Lucy has been able to introduce fun into jewellery, but still kept the simplicity of silver in each piece.
Lucy developed her first piece of silver jewellery at school during her A-Levels. She then went on to study in Sheffield and gained a BA Hons in Metalwork and Jewellery design. A year working alongside an experienced silversmith enabled her to learn about silver on a more detailed scale.

Her signature range uses a jigsaw concept to create innovative, glamorous pieces including necklaces, rings, earrings and bangles. There is a quirky yet stylish element to each individual piece. The jigsaw pattern is a common shape, with each piece linking onto the next. As you will see Lucy has used this conception and taken it to another level within her jewellery to develop some outstanding gallery pieces.
Button JewelleryDemand for fashionable button jewellery has lead to a comprehensive range of both head-turning creations. These popular pieces are available in various sizes with both subtle and effective designs.
Stone RangeThe beautiful Stone range explores organic and natural shapes. Lucy personally picks each stone on her travels before transforming them into a mould and casting into solid silver. Each and every stone bounces the light in random directions in an indescribable way. The collection consists of a necklace, bracelet, stud or drop earrings, brooch and a ring.
Splat RangeFinally, Lucy’s Splat range follows her desire to create quirky jewellery in a very dramatic manner.
